Estimator / Quantity surveyor

Good all round package
This Estimator/Quantity Surveyor will work on their own initiative reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Location
Based at our Nottinghamshire offices at the central estimating and design centre.

Responsibilities
Working closely with the Sales Team the duties would involve:

Processing all enquiries including site and off plan Measurement, take off and detailed price formulation Formulate quotations and presenting where necessary Chasing quotations in co-ordination with Sales Team and negotiating where necessary Material procurement, handling final accounts, variations as required.

Ideally 5 years experience
Willing to take on a role that will develop them personally
Opportunity to succeed with a growing Company
Based out of Nottinghamshire offices
Driving licence - will be required to travel to sites nationally where necessary
Experience in partitioning, ceilings, general fit out and furniture (not essential)
Energetic person capable of working on their own initiative under standing contract conditions
Good IT skills, CAD useful.
