A Step-by-Step guide to success
0.1 The Existing Infrastructure:
Working with you directly or with your appointed architects and interior designers, we will provide you with a complete report on how best to achieve your desired result working with the existing structure of your current business environment. At this early stage we are well placed to identify and rectify any possible areas of concern that are highlighted either as a result of the building, the concept/design or even possible planning or health and safety issues.
Once any issues have been addressed and, hopefully remedied, we will be in a position to move forward to...
0.2 The Concept: Once the existing structure has been surveyed and we’re happy that the desired results are going to be achievable, we can begin to realise the concept. From either drawings supplied to us by your architects or from our own designs, we will formulate an interior scheme that will encompass all of the necessary elements from flooring and wall colours, seating and storage, to desking, lighting and air conditioning... providing you with a complete and clear picture of what to expect.
0.3 Project Management & Planning: With the designs and budgets approved, planning can begin. We will appoint a project manager who’s express aim will be to ensure that the disruption to the every day running of your business is kept to the absolute minimum possible during the duration of the project.
Regular updates and reports will provide you with an ongoing record of progress and expenditure.
0.4 Implementation:
By utilising Proici from the outset, you will be safe in the knowledge that you are employing a tried and tested team of professionals who’s experience and understanding of their business is second to none.
