Acoustic Operable Systems -

Our acouustic system provides a range of sound ratings from Rw37 to 53dB which covers most requirements. Results are backed by Independent Acoustic Consultants.

The system comprises of individual panels suspended from a top track. No floor track is required.

The acoustic seal to each panel is achieved by interlocking long edge profiles and retractable top and bottom seals. These seals lock between the head track and the floor and are operated by a handle which is inserted into the vertical edge of each panel. Our preferred method is where the handle is only moved through 90 degrees; this will achieve the desired acoustic seal and is a quick and easy method for the end user. We can, however, offer a ´continuous´ winding mechanism on request.

Various designs of interlocking profile are offered to compliment the face finish and aesthetic appeal of the walls. The majority of the walls we produce are finished in either real wood veneers, vinyls, laminates and melamines or spray painted. Most face finishes are possible, our technical team would be keen to discuss any special requirements. Class 1 or Class O surface spread of flame can also be provided.

Integral pass doors can be included in any wall system and these will meet current Disabled Regulations if so desired. The last panel of most walls has a telescopic nose, which is face operated.

This panel is used to finally ´close´ the wall. Supported by years of experience and development expertise, Proici offer a high degree of quality and expert solutions to your movable wall requirements.

Multifold Sliding Systems -

These system can either park to one side or bi-part to both sides. Communicating doors are incorporated in most panel configurations.

The panels are quickly and easily pulled across the room opening and locked into position.

The system can be either ´Centre Fold´ (parked centrally to the line of track) or ´End Fold´ (to one side of track).

The majority of the walls we produce are finished in either real wood veneers, vinyls, laminates, melamines or spray painted. Most face finishes are possible, our technical team would be keen to discuss any special requirements. Class 1 or Class O surface spread of flame can also be provided.

Sound reductions from Rw35 to 44dB are available.

The aluminium long edge profiles to each panel have rubber seals which ensure an airtight seal when the panels are closed. The top and bottom of each panel has rubber sweep seals which provide the reasonable level of sound reduction.

Glazed Systems -

Glazed systems divide the working area, while continuing to provide the impression of space and openness. They are an increasingly popular and attractive solution to movable wall requirements. The fully glazed systems are a fresh, modern and exciting way of providing effective space division without visually sectioning off areas.

The systems comprise individual panels suspended from a top track. No floor track is required.

Designed especially for rooms where multiple uses and rapid layout changes are required - ideally suited for:

The GS35 is a single glazed system with aluminium rails to the top and bottom of each panel. The last panel is usually a full height swing door.

Manifestations to the glass to suit current Building Regulations or art designs such as company logos can be applied to the glass.

The GS100 is a double glazed system which is based on our Acoustic Operable Wall. The glass faces have a painted border which cover the framework and housing for the retractable seal mechanisms.

Sound reduction has been achieved on site up to 35dB, equivalent to 45dB under laboratory conditions.

Integral blinds can be incorporated where required.

Concertina Systems -

These systems are often selected where budget is a primary factor and are perfect for providing a less expensive means of dividing rooms.

The system is of a high quality construction which has not been compromised due to its cost.

The faces are a heavy duty vinyl available in a vast range of colour options. Flame retardant finishes are also offered as an option.

Usually supplied as top hung only into a fully prepared opening. The systems can either fold to one side or bi part to both sides. 3 levels of Acoustic performance are offered, Rw15, 23 or 30dB.
